Client Code of Conduct

ETC has a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse. We will not tolerate the use of offensive or discriminatory language at any ETC location, or by phone, chat, or email. Anyone who uses such language, either with our staff or with another test taker will be denied further service. ETC staff must likewise communicate with clients and each other in a respectful and professional manner. We understand that the test taking process is stressful, and invite anyone who has questions about terms such as verbal abuse, harassment, sexual harassment, or discriminatory language to contact the Director, Dr. Georgia Wilder director@myetc.ca
