Please send your compliments and concerns to Dr. Georgia Wilder, Director (gwilder@myetc.ca), or fill out a feedback form at our test centre. All feedback will be taken seriously, and the Director will respond to everyone within one week. 

A representative from English Testing Canada would be happy to answer your questions by phone, email, or in person at our office. We can also arrange to have a representative visit your institution if you have a group of students or teachers who would like to know more about English language testing.

If you wish to provide feedback on the way English Testing Canada provides services to people with disabilities, you can send an email to gwilder@myetc.ca or tell us about your experience in the format that is most accessible to you.

If you have a concern regarding the administration of the IELTS test, you will need to fill out a complaint form in the examination room before you leave. (We need to address any problems before scores are released.) All IELTS test-day complaint forms will be sent the next business day to British Council representatives, and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
